Doug grew up in Roanoke, Virgina and went on to college at East Tennesse State University. He was a four year starter on the East Tennessee Football team and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in business administration. He moved to Tampa in 1986, and quickly moved up the ladder and became the operating director of a large co-ed health club chain. Doug then became the operating partner of a chain of co-ed facilities in Kentucky and Cincinnati. After that venture into cold weather, he re-located to Atlanta in the same capacity for an all-ladies health club chain.
Wanting to get back to Florida's warm weather, and after years in the health club industry, he started FitRev as one of the first one-stop shops in the fitness equipment industry. Fitrev has since equipped thousands of fitness centers from California to Peru.

Jennifer Clark, who is known by her peers as "The Best Office Manager....PERIOD!" is indeed just that. She has been with FitRev for a little over 4 years now and always goes the extra mile to make everyone else's job easier. She is a gem. An angel. Heaven-like. Ask anyone who knows her. She loves shopping, interior decorating and spending time with her family. AND she is the proud owner of the BEST LOOKING, sweetest, cleanest boxer in the entire world (ask anyone who knows him)!!! Mike Couch - West Tampa Bay Area Sales
Mike was born and raised in Clearwater, FL. He attended Countryside High School, where he played center on the football team and was also on the weightlifting team. Mike went on to play football at East Central Community College and competed professionally in power lifting. Currently he is a football official for FHSAA. His free time is spent with his lovely wife, Kim, and his two handsome boys, Brock and Brooks.
Bill Morisco - Central Florida Area Manager
Bill Morisco, a native Floridian, is a devoted fitness enthusiast. After attending Florida State University, he went on to help others achieve their fitness goals through personal training, and earned a certification from National Academy of Sport and Medicine (NASM). In early 2000, Bill started his career path in the specialty fitness industry as a retail consultant, and quickly moved on to the commercial division. He now has 10 years of experience designing and equipping state of the art fitness facilities throughout Florida. While he is not out setting up the perfect fitness center, Bill enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Ana and her two children, Erick and Shirley.
Robert Peterkin - Jacksonville Area Service Manager
Robert has been in Jacksonville since 1989, and has been servicing fitness equipment in the state of Florida for 26 years. He has 4 beautiful children, with 2 in college and 2 in high school. He loves jazz music and quiet walks on the beach. He is single and looking for the love of his life!
