Doug is originally from Roanoke, Virginia and moved to the Tampa Bay area to work in the health club industry. Doug earned his business degree from East Tennessee State University (ETSU). After operating and owning several health club chains, he noticed a need for a central source for all fitness necessities such as equipment, flooring, lockers, floor plan design, etc.

After working for a company which offered the above, he decided to branch-out on his own and FITREV was born. Doug’s favorite part of his job is working with the many amazing people who are a part of the FITREV team and designing exciting projects – watching fitness facilities transform from retro-rejects to fierce training centers.

Susan joins the team with 20+ years spent in the mortgage industry. She holds a BA in Mass Communications with a minor in Web Design. In her spare time, she volunteers for a cause – animal rescue, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society and many small, local causes. She received the American Red Cross Good Samaritan Award in 2010 and was nominated for the Andrew Carnegie Heroes for Acts of Civilian Heroism Award. In 2018, she partnered with Door of Hope in Tampa to honor the foster families for their acts of great kindness to our local children in need. Susan joined the team at FitRev in 2021, “Doug was instrumental at the start of my sales career here in Florida and I’m excited about the opportunity.”

As an Arlington, Virginia native, Guillermo was raised in Paraguay, South America, but moved to Naples, when he was 16 years old.

Guillermo has worked in the fitness equipment industry for eight years, so it came as a natural transition to join the FitRev team. Guillermo mostly enjoys providing comprehensive solutions to sometimes challenging situations.
