“Last year, Pebble Creek embarked upon the investigation of the purchase of new exercise equipment for our clubhouse. FitRev had been referred to us by the person that maintains our equipment, Linda. In the process, Doug, you had worked closely with us to determine what would be the best equipment for our facility, working on design plans, and pricing out equipment from numerous companies. After our purchase, you worked with us on the timeframe of delivery, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed at that date. Somehow the weights we ordered were not with the delivery and you installer even drove quite a distance to pick them up so we would have all delivered on the same day. The whole process was seamless. The true test on any purchase today is the follow up. First, the equipment worked so perfectly that owners were more than pleased. When we had a few questions or needs of service, Guillermo responded immediately, and came out to do the adjustments within days. In fact, Guillermo also held a little “training” seminar for us one day for all interested owners. When I send an email to Guillermo, he normally responds within minutes if not maybe an hour. The proof in the purchase is how we can get serviced, and how well the equipment performs. There is no doubt FitRev backs its products, maintenance and service.
