The Lake Wales Family Recreation Center serves as a community hub dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and active living for residents of all ages. As part of the center’s transformation, FitRev partnered to design and equip a modern fitness facility tailored to the needs of the Lake Wales community. The space features premium Precor cardio and strength equipment, TAG Fitness free weights and accessories, dedicated strength and cardio training zones, group exercise areas, and a spin studio featuring Peloton Bikes.

The layout was thoughtfully planned to accommodate a variety of workout styles, including strength training, functional fitness, interactive cardio, and group exercise programming. By creating multiple training environments within a cohesive fitness space, the center offers something for exercisers of every fitness level and experience.

The result is a dynamic, community-focused fitness destination that enhances the Lake Wales Family Recreation Center’s wellness offerings and provides residents with a high-quality space to stay active, build healthy habits, and support their overall well-being.
