Madison Gateway in St. Petersburg is an upscale apartment complex featuring outstanding amenities including a fitness center. Our team took a one-story gym design and redesigned it for two stories, including a flooring and fitness equipment upgrade. The second-story was repurposed from a sitting area to a cardio and functional floor. We added in more strength than previously had; as well as more diverse cardio and a designated functional space in the floor design.
