Our Fitness / Wellness Complex has state-of-the-art Precor, Octane and Cybex cardio and strength equipment in a spacious, well designed facility open 7 days a week from 5 am to 10 pm. A wide variety of classes are offered for every level, like Yoga, Pilates, Senior Fit, Healthy Back, Spin and Tai Chi just to name a few.
